The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of the “Houssam Hawwa” website, and the use of my services, and they are legally binding. It is advised to review these Terms before you choose to use my services. If you are in disagreement of the Terms and Conditions, please discontinue your use of the website and any of my services.
I reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are advised to read them from time to time to notice any changes. I will not be responsible for any problem or discrepancy caused by a change in the Terms and Conditions during the tenure of our professional relationship with you.
The ‘Client’ must be at least 18 years of age, agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and complete the online form. By choosing my services, you declare that you meet these eligibility requirements, that the information you provide in the ordering process is complete and accurate and, if you are ordering services on behalf of an entity, that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions. “Houssam Hawwa” may accept or reject your order in its sole discretion.
In these Terms and Conditions, “Houssam Hawwa”, service, all related services, and all text, images, photographs, user interface, “look” and “feel”, data and other content included in it from time to time (including, without limitation, the selection, coordination and arrangement of such content) are referred to as the “Website”, “Service”, or “Services”. “I” refers to “Houssam Hawwa”.
I gather information about the use of the Website by the visitors, to ensure the efficiency of our Website. This information helps me to run Analytics and determine which part of the Website engages more followers than the others, and also to improve the efficiency of those sections of the Website which do not receive many visits.
The client will be provided with the ‘Service’ according to the Packages chosen by the Customer as detailed on the ‘Website’. The designs, according to the ‘Services’ will be created through the following Design process:
If the client has any design ideas or files, he/she is responsible for providing them during the requirement gathering process. If the client does not input any information or files, it will be implied that the design work relies on my input and creativity. The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information. I am not responsible for any misinterpretation of the information caused due to inaccurate or incomplete information.
I am also liable to deny or overlook any design input or feedback by the client if it does not comply with the work being done. The client agrees to respect my creative input and agrees to work harmoniously with me.
Any kind of input provided by the User or Visitor on the Website, in the form of comments, feedback, revision, suggestions, ideas, or any other form, becomes the property of “Houssam Hawwa”. I own all exclusive rights and titles to the input, and is not obligated to (i) Keep the input private; (ii) To compensate the User for any input; (iii) To provide a response to any of the input.
I have the right to use the User input and testimonials, and designs made for the Clients, on its Website. The Client is liable to provide a timely response to me on receiving Design concepts or Project updates from me. He/she shall have 10 days to respond to each set of designs sent for review. If after 10 days the Client has failed to respond, the Project shall be deemed to be complete. Then, I shall have no further obligation to the Client, and they will be liable to pay all fees and expenses associated with the work performed by me.
‘User communication’ refers to the correspondence between the User, or Visitor, and me or the Website, and is constituted when the User visits the Website, or communicates with me via call, email, or live chat. I will interact or communicate with the Client using the available mediums. The Client agrees that all agreements, notices, and other communication are equivalent to legal statements and are legally binding.
The names and logos of my Clients, are the property of those Clients and cannot be used to market or advertise any Third-party Product or Service.
The User, Visitor, or Client is solely responsible for the use of the Website, and I will, in no manner, be responsible for the consequence of any action which causes any harm to the Client or their Company. The Client is also responsible to protect their account and keeping the credentials such as Username and Password safe. I am not responsible for any negative consequence which results from the abuse of the Client’s account due to the account being compromised.
“Houssam Hawwa” grants any amount refund in the cases which have been wrongly charged to the Client, mainly due to a wrong or duplicate charge on the Client’s card or account.
In case I was unable to complete the design delivery in time, I am liable to refund the amount to the Client, provided that the Client was prompt in their responses, and communicated professionally with me.
If a client asks for a refund, he/she will get the refund within the time frame communicated to the Client upon communication. After the refund request is approved.
According to the Package selected by the Client, they are entitled to ask for revisions on the design work, the number of which is determined by the type of product selected. There will be no additional charge for the Revisions, provided that they are within the bounds of the package. “Houssam Hawwa” is liable to provide a turnaround within 72 hours of the Revision.
For every Client, the order is confirmed once the Client provides all the details and particulars, and makes the payment specified on the Payment page, using the Payment methods provided. Once the design work is started, we work on the given timeline and ensure delivery of the products on the given deadline, sometimes even earlier.
During the design phase, the design concepts, logos, and all design material will be shared with the User using email, a private Web address, or the Account Area which the Client has on my Website. The Client is informed of the delivery via e-mail. Any Revision proposed after the delivery of the final designs will be ignored and considered void, and I will not be responsible for responding or acting on them.
It is the responsibility of the User, Visitor, or Client, to review these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all other policies, to understand the manner in which they may communicate or do business with “Houssam Hawwa”. I may change or amend any section of these Terms, Privacy Policy, and any other Policies, as I deem fit. If any of these sections are made null or void due to any reason, it will be enforced in letter.

Apart from these methods, any other method is invalid.
I work 8.00 to 17.00 from Mondays to Fridays. “Houssam Hawwa” remain closed on the weekend. I do not operate on any Special Holidays. Any query received to me on the off-duty dates will be dealt with on the following working day. Timing is according to (GMT+3).
